1. Informatie overeenkomstig § 36 VSBG
Rekers Betonwerk GmbH & Co. KG neemt niet deel aan een geschillenbeslechtingsprocedure bij een consumentencommissie in de zin van de Duitse Wet Consumentengeschillenbeslechting (VSBG) en is hiertoe ook niet verplicht.

2. Onlinegeschillenbeslechting (ODR)
De Europese Commissie stelt een platform voor onlinegeschillenbeslechting (ODR) beschikbaar. U kunt dit platform gebruiken om geschillen buitengerechtelijk op te lossen.

Wij zijn echter niet verplicht en ook niet bereid deel te nemen aan een geschillenbeslechtingsprocedure bij een consumentencommissie.
